Hagyománnyá vált rendezvényünk ezúttal új időpontban és személyes részvétellel, ám változatlanul gazdag tartalommal vár a győri jogi kar megújult épületében. Magyar és angol nyelvű előadással egyaránt jelentkezhetsz. Terveink szerint a magyar nyelvű előadások tematikus szekciókban, az angol nyelvű előadások külön idegen nyelvű szekciókban hallgathatók meg. A konferenciát borkóstolóval egybekötött kötetlen program zárja a Doktorandusz Önkormányzat szervezésében.

Étkezés és szállás
A konferencia minden előadója számára a plenáris ülést követően ebédet biztosítunk. Ha szállást szeretnél foglalni a konferenciára, ebben is szívesen segítünk. Elhelyezésedről Egyetemünk modern kollégiumában, kedvező áron, kétágyas, fürdőszobás szobákban tudunk gondoskodni. Kérünk, hogy a szállás iránti igényedet a regisztrációs űrlapon jelezd. A szállás költsége 7 500,- Ft/fő/éjszaka + 450,- Ft idegenforgalmi adó (kb. 20 euró).

Tanulmánykötet és publikációs díj
Ha a konferenciai előadásod írásos változatát szeretnéd megjelentetni a “Doktori Műhelytanulmányok” című ISBN-számmal rendelkező, szakmailag lektorált, elektronikus szerkesztett kötetünkben, kérjük, hogy a kéziratot a megadott határidőn belül juttasd el nekünk.

Kiemelkedő teljesítményének elismeréseként, a legjobb magyar és a legjobb angol nyelvű kézirat szerzője számára lehetőséget biztosítunk a tanulmányok ,,Jog - Állam - Politika” magyar nyelvű és ,,Studia Juridica et Politica Jaurinensia” idegen nyelvű tudományos folyóiratokban való közlésére. Mindkét folyóirat szerepel a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia IX. Gazdaság- és Jogtudományok Osztálya Állam- és Jogtudományi Bizottságának folyóiratlistáján. A publikációs díjra a konferencia érintett szekcióinak elnökei tesznek előterjesztést, a publikációs díjat a beérkezett javaslatok alapján a Doktori Iskola ítéli oda. A magyar nyelvű és az idegen nyelvű kategóriában egyaránt egy-egy kézirat díjazható.

The Doctoral School of Law and Political Sciences of Széchenyi István University is organizing a scientific conference in the current academic year for doctoral students conducting research in the fields of law and political sciences providing an opportunity to present their research efforts, to discuss their research results and challenges, to develop their communication skills, to participate in a constructive dialogue, to expand their professional networks, and to engage in an informal community-building.

The event will preserve its traditionally rich content, but will take place at a new time and with in-person participation in the refurbished building of the Deák Ferenc Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in Győr. You can apply with presentations in both Hungarian and English. Hungarian presentations will be held in thematic sections, English presentations will be held in distinct foreign language sections. The conference will conclude with an informal social event combined with wine tasting organized by the Doctoral Student Council.

Meals and accommodation
Lunch will be provided for all conference speakers after the plenary session. If you would like to book accommodation for the conference, we will be happy to assist you. We can arrange accommodation in our university's modern dormitory at a reasonable price, in double rooms with bathrooms. Please indicate your accommodation requirements on the registration form.

The cost of accommodation is 7.500 HUF/person/night + 450 HUF tourist tax (approx. 20 EUR).

Conference proceedings and publication award
If you would like to publish a written version of your conference presentation in our edited volume entitled “Doktori Műhelytanulmányok/Doctoral Working Papers”, please send us your manuscript by the specified deadline. The electronically published edited volume is peer-reviewed and possesses an ISBN number.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, authors of the best Hungarian and English-language manuscripts will be offered the opportunity to publish their papers in the Hungarian-language journal “Jog – Állam – Politika” [Law – State – Politics] and the foreign-language journal “Studia Juridica et Politica Jaurinensia”. Both journals have been assigned a ranking by the Committee on Law and Political Sciences of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ IX. Section of Economics and Law. Based upon the proposals by chairpersons of the conference’s sections, the publication award will be awarded by the Doctoral School. The award is open to one manuscript in each of the Hungarian and foreign language categories.
