Winter Seminar 2025
Winter Seminar 2025
Interdisciplinary Workshop and Short Study Programme
24-28 February 2025
Széchenyi István University Faculty of Law – Győr, Hungary
Children in the 21st century are growing up in a digital world, and their lives and everyday activities are fundamentally shaped by their interaction with cyberspace. Risks and harms to children are also present in the digital environment, which requires a response from states, international organisations, NGOs and private individuals to protect children and ensure their rights. Winter Seminar 2025, commemorating the 35th anniversary of the entry into force of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, dedicates workshops and lectures to multiple aspects of being a child in the age of cyberspace.
